Considering they're two different ratings, E and M, I'd argue that "Prances" is simply available to a wider audience. Now if we're talkin' strictly about clop, hands down...I'd agree about having more views (haha) but you've got the faves, comments and word content. Like, 2:1.

And more power to you guys. I can't believe that you were actually DDOSd or spammed by angry fanboys before. I used to write a few MSTs for Digimon, Bleach, Magic School Bus and other stuff.
I'm pretty doubtful, being that a lot of you guys are already so dead set against "it" that there's any amount of evidence that would make a convincing enough argument for you.

Actual real life examples and events are terrible and reprehensible. Cartoon/imaginary depictions simply have none of the same awful effects that traumatize a real child...or pony...it very much goes against the societal norms, because it simply is a simulation of what I've already declared as my personal view as a despicable act. But there's bound to be an instance of some douche that crosses the line, but that also happens in videogames, where you're awarded for example, in shooters, fighters, RPGs, etc for gratuitous amounts of violence.
Now arguably enough, violent actions are allowed because they serve a purpose, helping a group overcome another or to institute control while viewing preadolescences (or animals) serves no benefit to society and is thus shunned. These ideas are also strengthened in religious morality under the tenets of God himself speaking out against particular actions, such as eating pork for jews/muslims (because they're dirty, dirty animals that actually did kill a lot of people because they were not properly cleaned before cooking)
There's also been a push, since the early 19th century to enshrine childhood (for reasons such as getting kids out of working in textile factories and coal mines), despite there being no significant biological evidence that I'm aware of that denotes a definitive period of "childhood" that requires our current institutions of "child friendly entertainment" or "good for kids" (Thanks, Disney).
There is the rapid and oftentimes irregular surge of hormones as part of the development of a human body, maturing both physically in terms of anatomy (muscle tissue and denser bones, etc) and chemically, in terms of the hormones and neurological activity (stronger neuron connections that add onto the hand-eye, motor control, etc that happens from birth to age 2) that really starts to kick off, that differs slightly from person to person. Meaning that "childhood" as a stage is an entirely human construct idea of development, relating more to a person's ability to participate in society rather than function as a human being.
I'd be remiss to play down the huge importance of properly attaining and understanding one's society in terms of norms, taboos and expectations during preadolescence, of course, but ultimately our enjoyment, for whatever our personal reasons may be, of things like paedo relations of humans with cartoon ponies does NOT in any discernible way, automatically translate to the want of real action. There are no victims. You can't prosecute for an imaginary crime.
My reason for liking hotsauce's works? Personally, I'd say simply that I'm a pretty terrible person. Because of the anonymity afforded to me by the internet I can say in forums what it is that brings me enjoyment without suffering the cost that would in the wider society. Also, being that it's simply written about, not in the most eloquent of ways, of course, additionally I enjoy also the fact that it's taboo in the first place, and that I'm defying society's demands without causing undue harm to anyone.
So there.
