So guys, Season 3 episodes 1 and 2 came out this weekend. I know earlier there was a thread reacting to the spoiler image and it was filled with speculation and worry.
So now that the content is out, what are your opinions
Personally I enjoyed it. at the beginning it took a while for me to get used to the voices again, but that is hardly a complaint. songs were decent and I really enjoyed the crystal fair one. Originally I disliked Cadence and Shining Armor but I guess over the break they grew on me. So in these episodes they were an enjoyable presence. King Sombra only got those growls for lines, so I couldn't see much characterization with him, would have liked to have seen more.
more than delighted to see more luna and celestia.
Shadow powers are concerning, but more than likely will not be brought up again. I dont dislike anyone but trixie, but I was delighted to see fluttershy get a beating, if only to upset those flutterfags who are now, more than likely, raging at rainbow dash.
over all, I would say it turned out good. I guess I should start trusting them more.
all that I have left to say is I wonder what that little black book Luna summoned up is.

Well, if it's going to be completely seperate from FiM I don't mind. Aimed at teenage girls and the only plausible picture is in high school? Doesn't sound like my kind of thing, but hey, I won't be forced to watch it.

If this was spawned off from Hasbro saying 'we want humans in equestria!' whoever came up with this alternative in order to save FiM is a hero.
