Hokay, so, I'm looking to design 'Scruff as a pony. Probably gonna be greyish in colour, or something, and not sure of the cutie mark- a pen and paper wouldn't really fit her though. I'm thinking she might be a unicorn, but her grasp on writing with magic (and magic in general) is really poor, so anything she writes is very, very messy. Hence the name- Scribblescruff.

but I suppose her cutie mark could be an inversion of that- having the pen and paper has actually something she's really bad at rather than good. Or that the principal is that she's good at making stories, as opposed to having neat writing?

Any tips, ponies?

Right. Completely different from the original thought I started with. also increadibly small, sorry about that.

does anypony think he looks too much like Luna? I wanted his mane to be a lighter blueish colour, or two-toned blue and purple, but was afraid it might look too much like our beloved princess.

Using some bits from the Brony Template, I've made myself a pony. Took longer than I'd wanted to, since I only have Paint.Net to work with. I'm still reasonably pleased with him though. However, he remains nameless, as do I. "Aponymous" worked well enough at first, but it's not cutting it now that I have this guy. Any thoughts on a name? His mark represents my arts and my tendency to overthink things.

Might upload the ones I got on my DA, anyways heres the first one of mine.

This is Northern Cross, a Pegasus Pony, his job is to draw new maps of the land of Equestria and to keep them upto date, tho while he is flying he tends to try and draw at the same time and crash into things.
Not the best or fastest of flyers, but can fly higher then most to do his job well.

He has a Twin Sister called Southern Cross and an older Sister called Raven Flowers (to be uploaded soon), his nick name "Cygnus" is from the Constellation of the same name as him.
